Below there are scrolls and four shields of arms, and above, imposed over part of a yellow sun, the motto HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE on a ribbon, and over that in blue, '. SILVER JUBILEE ./1910 1935'. On the other side there is a small motif incorporating a crown and stylized yellow foliage with '1910 SILVER JUBILEE 1935' on a wavy ribbon, and on a panel below 'COMMEMORATION' .
