  <description>
    <value>Of steel for the left arm, comprising a gutter-shaped plate rounded at the elbow, chased and detailed in gold koftgari with four riders, hunting lion with a spear, shooting hare with a bow, shooting with a bow, and brandishing a shamshir in the direction of a frightened rabbit, all within a border of gilt arabesques. There are two wrist plates joined by butted mail and decorated with silvered scrolling foliage. Lined with pink cotton and bordered with chevronny black and yellow tape. The hand defence is of butted mail over thin leather with a red fabric lining. There are no functional buckles or strap loops on this piece so it cannot even be worn.</value>
