    <value>Porcelain decorated with enamel colours; of typical form with flat-bottomed egg-shaped bowl on a tapering handle, painted with two red koi carp tied with a ribbon (symbolising the union of marriage) a pattern of interlaced squares (suymbolising good fortune) a lotus flower, other flowers, leaves and scrolls.  The back has been painted with three magic musrooms (signifying long life and good fortune) and the seal mark of Tung-Chi.</value>
