Dessert spoon of traditional form, but with the handle terminating in a rococo cartouche, and the heal of the spoon with raised rococo scrolls.  The front and back of the bowl are painted in puce with an arrangement of flowers, including roses, peonies and tulips; sprigs of flowers decorate the stem, and the cartouche is filled with a pattern of scalework; with gilt borders and highlights
