    <value>Ivory, silver, enamel and steel; the knife has a scimitar-shaped steel blade, the ivory handle is of circular section and broadens towards the silver terminal cap.  The handle is inlaid with silver wire in a floral design of tulips, flowers and scrolls, which are decorated with green enamel and brown scoring.  The silver ferrule has a moulded band of lines.  The fork has two long steel tines and a handle which is decorated similarly to that of the knife.</value>
