object type: Iron tsuba. Mokko shape with a raised edge. Two silver herons, standing on the bank of a stream silver zogan, from which rise shakudo march mellows, with gilt flowers. A similar design on the other side with one heron only. The surface appears to have had some treatment which is now worn off. No inscription
