The saucer has a lightly scalloped edge, deep curved sides, and stands on a footging. The cup is decorated with a central stylized floral spray, and a border below the rim, comprising a continuous stem of stylzied foliage, a horizontal band, and alternating pairs and sing motifs made up of three dots with a narrow trefoil or fleur-de-lys above. There are gold bands round the rim, a short distance below it, and on the footring. The saucer is decorated en suite but without bands on the exterior.
