The rim is encircled by an pale orange band. On the outside there are two motifs comprising a large yellow shell surrounded by a blue and red stylized flowers, two with black centres, and yellowish-green seaweed. Between them, on each side, there is a red stem with four green dots above and below, flanked by a tiny red sprig.
