Circular with an alternately long and short arcs round the edge, slightly concave rim, and shallow curved well, standing on a footring. In the centre there is a stem with a pink rose and two buds, and a stem wth two orange and yellow buds. The rim has a pale blue ground alternating with three polychrome enamel sprays: a yellow and purple tulip, a stem of poppies, and a stem of puce flowers.A narrow gold band runs round the inner edge and a broader gold band runs round the outer edge.
