In the centre there is a stem of bluebells and a white convolvulus. The rim has three raised white floral sprays reserved in a pale blue ground alternating with three polychrome enamel sprays: a pink rose and two buds, a purple flower and a red flower. A narrow gold band runs round the inner edge and a broader gold band runs round the outer edge.
