Slightly off centre there is a purple and yellow parrot tulip with a leaf, and a stem with two rose buds. The rim has three raised white floral sprays reserved in a pale blue ground alternating with three polychrome enamel sprays: a red tulip, a yellow ranunculus and a bud, and a stem with two purple flowers and a bud, perhaps astor. A narrow gold band runs round the inner edge and a broader gold band runs round the outer edge.
