object type: Bone china, press-moulded with reliefs reserved in a pale blue ground, painting in polychrome enamels, and gilding. Circular with an alternately long and short arcs round the edge, slightly concave rim, and shallow curved well, standing on a footring. In the centre there is a red multi-petalled flower and a spray of forget-me-knot. The rim has three raised white floral sprays reserved in a pale blue ground alternating with three polychrome enamel sprays. A narrow gold and runs round the inner edge and a broader gold band runs round the outer edge.The base is painted in red enamel  ‘Spode 2004’.
