object type: Cotton, embroidered with silk and gilt and silver plate and thread, in button hole (edging at ends only), double darning, double running, satin, and pulled fabric stitches.   At each end a 4" deep border, the background drawn into a square mesh edged by a 1.25" band with a zig-zag stem and flower pattern.   Within a band of flower sprigs placed alternately upright and reversed.
