object type: Caneware with black moulded and applied reliefs on the exterior and glazed interior. The cup is cylindrical with recessed base and an angular harp-shaped handle with an upward curl at the bottom. The saucer is circular with deep sloping sides and slightly recessed base. The cup has row of triangles around its lower edge, and a horizontal band of black hieroglyphs below the rim. The handle has stylized flower and leaf motifs down its back. The saucer has a band of hieroglyphs below the rim.
