The ovoid pot has a rope border around the opening. The curved spout is decorated with acanthus foliage in relief. The wall behind it is pierced in by ten holes in a triangular arrangement to emit the tea. The double twisted rope handle has four flower, foliage and berry terminals. The slightly convex cover has a rope border, and an applied convolvulus-shaped knob with a flower terminal behind it and another in front. Both sides of the pot are boldly painted with arrangements of stylized flowers and foliage and with three sprigs .
