A central medallion contains a scene in a landscape of a bride and bridegroom standing beside a plinth surmounted by two flaming hearts, a pair of doves on the ground to the right. A printed verse above and below: "I dream'd my heart consuming lay / On Cupid's burning shrine …". The medallion is framed by cloud and a pair of doves hold a bow in their beaks at upper centre. A pair of crossed flaming torches are tied with a bow at lower centre. The inside pages are blank.
