The bowl stands on a narrow cylindrical foot. Its curved sides have been squashed to produced a ounded oblong mouth with an outwards folding edge.  The foot is decorated with hatched triangles. The long sides have a bat over a lucky sign, flanked by stylized floral sprays which meet at the narrow ends.
