The outer edge is engraved with wheat ear border, centre cut away, both sides of engraved bar supporting the balance pivot. Table ends with single ears, bridge feet pierced and engraved. Steel balance with three tapered, triangular sectioned, arms. Pierced and engraved slide plate with inner raised edge to protect the balance. Silver regulating dial with radial Arabic figures 1 to 6. Pierced fusee iron post. Rectangular potance engraved one side, having small foot, riveted to plate. Counter-potance riveted to plate. Pillar plate with four rectangular pillars having ears at ends to support glass sides (glass and panels missing). Taped holes to fix glass panels, under dial side engraved '575' jointed engraved with monogram (?) 'CAB'. Fusee and chain, tangent set-up under barrel. Barrel with one lip. Verge escapement. Train planted clockwise.
