Centre wheel recessed, third and contrate wheel bridge. Under dial scratched 'RPW, 1856' and '990/1'. Fusee and chain, set-up click under dial, barrel with one lip. Verge escapement. Train planted clockwise. DIAL: White enamel on copper, three feet. Dotted minute ring with diamond shapes at quarters, radial Arabic chapters. Winding hole at 1 o'clock with brass pipe. Joint at 9 o'clock. Front wind (this is unusual for a watch of this type and date) HANDS: Gold concave spade hour, straight steel minute.
