The globular body stands on a footring, and has a short cylindrical neck, a slightly curved fluted spout, and a D-shaped handled with a longitudinal ridge. The domed and fluted cover has a fluted cone-shaped knob, and a deep flange which fits inside the neck of the pot. Both sides of the pot are decorated with an arrangement of mixed flowers and two small floral sprigs above on the shoulder. There is one floral sprig on the underside of the spout. There is a gold stroke down the back of the handle and gold bands round the foot, neck, junction of spout and body and the tip of the spout. The cover has one large floral arrangement and three floral sprigs.
