A collage of white and purple mottled fabric leaves and cut-paper, hand-coloured flowers at the centre. At upper centre, a sun-shaped medallion of embossed purple paper with green centre printed in gold ink: 'A / Love Token / From' and hand-written in black ink below (presumably by the sender): 'George'. The front-paper is partially adhered to the back paper.
