The chromolithograph is affixed in portrait orientation. Two mottoes on scrolls are affixed at upper and lower centre: 'FORGET ME NOT' and 'TO ONE I LOVE'. 'MEEK' is stamped onto the recto at lower left. The central envelope flap on the verso is pasted down.
