A collage of yellow tissue-paper leaves and wax stamens are pasted to left and right. At upper centre, a collage of silver metallic ferns and cut-paper and small fabric leaves flanks a cut-paper rectangle with lithographed details and verse printed in blue ink: 'This little tribute / that I send, I hope you / will receive. And keep / it for the sake of one / who never will deceive'. 'KERSHAW & SON' is stamped along the spine at lower left. The front paper is adhered to the back.
