A collage of cut-paper green leaves and a chromolithographed flower scrap is affixed at lower centre. A rectangular window at the centre has a pink gauze blind which is mounted with a scrap of white embossed paper with a design of a fountain of water and a shell onto which is positioned a chromolithographed scrap of a putto with a mirror. A scrap of a duck swimming on water with a scroll below is printed with a motto: 'My darling hope'.
