The word 'YORKSHIRE' is printed at his feet. Printed speech within a bubble above him: 'What dark'ning power / is ruling o'er me?'. The figure of Lord Grey (Charles Grey, 2nd Earl Grey, 1764-1845; Prime Minister from 22 November 1830 to 16 July 1834), as the spirit Zamiel, his arms raised, stands behind Brougham at the far left.
