Burdett and Cobbett are behind them with Grey and Hunt at the centre and Brougham and O'Connell to the left. Lord King and Hume are sprawled on the ground at the far left. Signed with initial and monogram at lower left: 'A & HB'. Title printed below the border: 'LEAP FROG ON A LEVEL, / or / Going Headlong to the Devil. - Pl.2.'.'
