Represented are: Cobbett, Joseph Pease, Horace Twiss, John Gully, Sir Charles Wetherell, Edward Burtenshaw Sugden, 1st Baron St. Leonards, John Wilson Croker and Mr Williams. Signed with monogram at lower left: 'HB'. Title printed below the border: 'MARCH   OF   REFORM'. The publisher's details printed below left: 'Published by Thos.
