A narrow repeat geometric framing border enclosing an upper case & a mixed upper & lower case alphabet, numerals 1-16, each band separated by a narrow repeat geometric pattern band. The final band is inscribed: To err is human to for/give divine-SW/1830. 

The quotation is from Alexander Pope's (1688-1744)" Essay on Criticism" of 1711.

Bought at Watlington 1997. It came with a piece of paper suggesting SW stood for Sarah Willis.
