R.A. 1826, no. 101; Private Collection (The Earl Peel)) following addition of title; See also exh. cat, Thomas Lawrence: Regency Power & Brilliance (NPG, 2010), Fig. 18, p.17, reproduced in colour; Private Collection).  Three-quarter-length, standing facing front, head turned towards the right. His right hand rests on a table to the left and left hand is placed on his hip. Wears frock-coat with part velvet collar and velvet waistcoat with pocket-watch chain visible and cravat at the neck. A wedding ring is prominently displayed on the third finger of his left hand.
