The first and last of these are from Hieronymus Brunschwig, Chirurgia (Buch der Cirurgia), Strasbourg, Johann Gru\u0308ninger, 4 July 1497; the skeleton is also found in some copies of the Chirurgia as part of an appendix \"Von der Anathomi,\" which may also have been issued separately (see Sudhoff, K. Deutsche medizinische Inkunabeln, no. 56).
