Volume 1 is known to exist in at least three editions and volume 2 in at least two editions: in this edition, volume 1 has printer's statement "S. Printer varies: volumes 3-5 same as volume 2, but with printer's statement at foot of title page; volumes 6-10: "Coe, printer, 10, Little Carter Lane, St. Paul's, London" at foot of title page.
Index leaf bound in at end of each volume; "General and alphabetical county index to the plates" ([16] page)--bound in at end of volume 10.
