Decorated with the 'mimosa' pattern with red balls and blue and green feathery leaves: a central medallion of 'mimosa' surrounded by two narrow blue concentric circles, and an alternately red and white band outlined in blue; a broad band of `mimosa' flanked by pairs of narrow blue concentric circles; an alternately red and white band outlined in blue; a broad band of `mimosa' on the sides and rim, with two narrow concentric blue bands and a red band on the edge. On the reverse, in blue, a central stroke, and on the back of the rim and sides, four crosses alternating with four paired strokes.
