  <description>
    <value>Relief, red wax. Two oval portrait medallions with guilloche borders entwined with ribbons, with between them at the top, the royal arms of France surmounted by a crown flanked by flowers, and supported by the ends of two scrolled ribbons which descend between the medallions to a small inverted pyramidal pedestal. The medallion on the left bears a bust of Louis XVI in profile to right, and the medallion on the right, a bust of Marie Antoinette in profile to left. The relief is attached to a recessed pink, grey, and cream marble frame with a beaded metal border, set in a dark green velvet covered wooden frame.</value>
