He has a green hat with turned up sides decorated to resemble ermine, and a red feather attached to the crown. He has a blue coat with pale yellow cuffs and lining and gold buttons, a purple necktie, a white waistcoat with gold buttons, brown trousers, and black shoes with skates attached.
