\/ of decay common to animal bodies after death \/ & perhaps of course deficient in some of[iv] it's \/ parts, & for his few & imperfect accounts relative \/ to the muscular system, they may be the result \/ of observations made with haste, inconvenience, \/ & fear, on some[v] bodies left on a field of battle \/ for we cannot beleive[sic] that the philosophie \/ & investigating disposition of
