The figure stands on a low, rounded base decorated with scrolls at the front, and a tree trunk and low vine bocage on either side. The boy stands on his left leg with his right leg relaxed in front of it. He holds his hands in front of him squeezing grape juice into a cup. He wears a black wide-brimmed hat, a pink jacket with gold edging and buttons, a white shirt, yellow breeches with polychrome floral decoration, white stockings, and black shoes with turquoise pompoms.
