Cream earthenware, the interior lead-glazed; the exterior painted in manganese and copper-green under clear but whiteish tin (?) glaze. Shape 4. Globular body with tall cylindrical neck flaring towards the rim which is pinched at the front to form a spout, and broad strap handle. On the body, there are four horizontal palmettes reserved in a green ground between pairs of horizontal manganese bands. The front of the neck is decorated with a lily and eyes on either side of the spout, and on the sides there are four wide curved green strokes between narrow manganese. The handle is similarly decorated.
