Painted in blue, green, yellow, orange, and manganese-brown, and incised through the blue. Shape 74. Circular with everted rim, deep sides encircled midway down by a rib and a high, stepped foot. The central medallion contains a bust of woman in profile to left with `diamantte bella' inscribed on a yellow ground in front of her; the rest of the background is divided vertically into blue and green areas. The medallion is framed by a wide blue band incised with Vs, and alternating stylised plant motifs enclosed by blue concentric circles: wide, narrow and wide. The sides are decorated alla porcellana with a band of foliage and dentate half-moon flowers. The rim is blue. The upper part of the exterior has a similar alla porcellana border. Below the rib there is a blue zone decorated with white alternating flowers and lozenges, and a white zone decorated with blue Vs.
