It features a filled dowel hole at the top and bottom of the stairs, which continue through to the underside of the model. At the centre of the stairs, is a large round hole with traces of red pigment on the interior, which is where a figure would have been placed, probably depicted walking up the stairs. Slight damage to the side of the steps, and large vertical cracks along the bottom of the steps. What appear to be traces of white pigment running along the sides of the stairs.
