In addition to the beads there are three amulets- a wedjat eye, which represented the eye of Horus and would protect the wearer from evil; a cat perhaps a reference to the goddess Bastet; and either a boar/pig or a hippomotamus. The hippopotamus often appears in tombs/grave goods in the form of a figure.
