object type: Carved wooden spoon handle, in the form of swimming nude woman. Head, arms, and feet missing. Severe damage to shoulders, the right shoulders features an unknown white substance, possibly a material from an early attempt at restoration (it is also seen on the chest, near a crack). The feet have been badly broken off. For an interesting comparison see 'cuiller à fard à la nageuse' (Louvre E218).
