Various holes/indents on object suggesting attachment of other elements, on the crown (uraeus), either side of the crown (ostrich feathers for Atef crown), chin (divine beard). It is possible that the eyes were originally inlaid also. Possible damage to front of base, large vertical cracks down back of object, and worn off details on face (particularly nose). An unknown clump of strands of material (yellow, hair-like in appearance) appears stuck to the tenon, it is unclear whether this is original, or a modern material that has become affixed.
