The strap handle is ear-shaped, and has a vertical central ridge and foliage at the junction of the top and bottom with the body. The lower part of the pot has a border of puce pink anthemion motifs with green leaves between them, above which is a broad band of scrolling foliage bearing puce-pink, mauve, and yellow stylized flowers, and green trefoil leaves. Above this is a narrow blue horizontal band and a row of blue dots on the edge of the shoulder, which is decorated with green pointed serrated leaves radiating from the mouth, enclosed by a blue zig-zag line and blue bell flowers in the spaces.
