The lower part of the body is moulded with broad vertical reeds, ‘tied’ at the top with four thin raised bands and another at the bottom. Towards the top of the body are three more thin bands, impressed with a roulette wheel. Each set carries a thin line of red enamel and between the two is a broad band of silver resist lustre decoration of fronds. The rim is dipped in silver lustre and the handle edged with lustre.
