object type: Brown salt-glazed stoneware, moulded, rouletted and incised. The circular flask has flat sides and a short cylindrical neck at the top closed by a cork. One side is incised with the name and date 'Joseph/Poyne/1723', and has a border of rouletted radiating lines. The other side a plain centre, surrounded by two sets of three concentric circles with a space between them, another plain area, and a similar rouletted border.
