  </description>
  <description>

Circular with a wide sloping rim with slanting gadroons in low relief, pierced by two suspenson holes at the top; deep vertical sides, and flat base with a raised boss with slanting gadroons in slight relief, and a circular medallion in the centre. The medallion is decorated with a shield bearing the arms, a bend sinister with a mullet above and below. The gadroons on the boss and rim are decorated with highly stylized small floral motifs. The base is divided into panels filled alternately with rows of small circles between lines, and rows of strokes, surrounded by small wheel-like flowerheads reserved in a lustred band. On the sides there are panels of thistle-like flowers and leaves, separated by two panels of the same designs as on the base. the back is decorated overall with wavy stems of fern-like foliage.</value>
