Circular with deep curved sides and everted rim, standing on a footring. The front is decorated with a central medallion chequered in blue, surrounded by four large exotic Tudor Roses, on leafy stems springing from a conical mound. Round the edge there is a wide yellow band and closely-set blue dashes.
