    <value>Buff earthenware, press-moulded, tin-glazed pinkish-white, overlaid in places with whiter glaze, painted in blue, green, red, and faint manganese-purple. Circular with twenty-eight bosses round the rim, and curved sides, standing on a footring. Decorated in the middle with a circular medallion filled with stylized blue flowers and leaves and faint manganese-purple outlines, surrounded by a circular band of red and blue lapets. The rim has a border of almond-shaped leaf or cone motifs with green leaves below them and red and blue criss crosses in the spaces round the edge.</value>
