Circular with very deep, sloping sides curving inwards towards the high footring. The exterior is decorated with sprays of large flowers and between two of them, a crest of the Verner or Vernor family, a boar's head couped. Across the bottom of the interior is the inscription ‘DRINK DRINK WHILST YE HAVE BREATH/FOR THERE IS NO DRINKING AFTER DEATH/T.V. 1756’.
