Painted in blue, green, yellow, orange, Sienese brown, and brown. Shape approximately 64 with plain rim. Circular with narrow sloping rim, shallow sides and wide flat centre. Diana and Actaeon. Actaeon stands on the left accompanied by four hounds. Antlers sprout from his head, and his right hand is raised in protest to Diana, who stands in a pool on the right, bathing with five nymphs, one of whom sits on the bank. In the wooded landscape background there are deer.
